Jarvis privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Jarvis is a private application used by one person, its owner, with the owner's own accounts. Contact: rsdmischk@gmail.com.

Data Jarvis accesses

After consent for each account, Jarvis uses two read-only Google permissions: gmail.readonly (messages and settings) and calendar.readonly (calendars and events).

How the data is used

The data is used only to show the owner a combined overview of new mail and upcoming events, including a daily briefing. Jarvis has no code path that sends, changes or deletes mail or events through Google.

Storage

Access tokens are stored on the owner's own server. Mail and calendar details may be saved in the owner's private notes, which can be synced through the owner's personal cloud storage and read by AI tools the owner uses personally.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train generalized AI models and not shared with anyone else, except as needed for the storage and personal tools described above or if required by law.

Limited Use

Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removal

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for deletion, write to the contact address above.
